Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms explain the conditions for using Glasa's website, AI search visibility tracker, free tools and research. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown when you order a paid plan.

1. Who operates Glasa

Glasa is operated by David Lachkepiani, based in Georgia. In these Terms, 'Glasa', 'we' and 'us' refer to this operator. For service, account or legal questions, contact [email protected].

2. Accounts and use

An account or purchase agreement uses the version of these Terms presented to you and accepted at that time. A separately agreed written order takes precedence over conflicting service terms, subject to mandatory law. You may save a copy for your records.

Glasa is designed for teams, agencies and professionals working with AI search visibility worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to open an account. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Keep account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the activity you authorize in your account and workspace. Workspace administrators manage members and access to shared information. Only connect a website, analytics property or third-party account that you are authorized to use.

3. What the service provides

Glasa collects and analyzes AI answers for selected questions, brands, platforms and countries. It also offers website readiness checks, research and suggested improvements. Available platforms, collection frequency, history, limits and features depend on the plan and what the interface offers.

An observed AI answer is a sample from a particular request and time. AI systems can give different answers to different people and can change without notice. Glasa does not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot or their providers, and does not promise any particular visibility, ranking, traffic, revenue or business result.

References to third-party platforms, trademarks and sources do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Those platforms can change, restrict access or become unavailable; use remains subject to applicable third-party rights and restrictions.

Generated summaries, scores and suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important claims against the underlying sources before acting. You remain responsible for deciding whether to implement a recommendation. The service is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

Use Glasa lawfully and within the access and usage limits shown in the product. Do not bypass authentication, payment restrictions, rate limits or security controls; access another customer's data; disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; or use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Do not put passwords, private keys, payment-card details, sensitive personal records or other unnecessary confidential information into prompts, reports or support messages. Use the designated sign-in and connection controls for the credentials those features require. You must have the necessary rights and legal authority for the content, questions, websites and connected data you ask Glasa to process, including personal information about other people.

5. Your content and our service

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You give the operator permission to store, transmit, analyze and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service and protect it against abuse. This includes processing by the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.

That permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize unrelated publication of private workspace content. It lasts only as needed for the requested service, lawful retention and handling of deletion requests. You may use reports for your own purposes or for clients you are authorized to serve, subject to the rights in their underlying content.

The Glasa software, design and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your access gives you permission to use the service under these Terms, not ownership of its software. Third-party answers, citations, logos and source materials remain subject to their owners' rights; collecting or exporting them does not give you additional rights to republish them.

Do not assume that AI-generated output is unique, copyrightable or free from third-party claims. Any rights you may have in output remain subject to applicable law and the relevant third-party terms.

6. Paid plans, renewal and cancellation

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, usage limits, billing period, seller and any trial or renewal conditions are disclosed at checkout or in a separate order before you commit. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge. A trial converts to paid access only under the terms disclosed and authorized for that trial.

A recurring subscription renews under the purchase terms you accept until cancelled. Manage it through the billing portal provided with your purchase, or contact [email protected] for assistance. The purchase terms specify when cancellation takes effect and how long access continues. Simply stopping use does not communicate cancellation.

A payment provider may apply separate terms and, where identified at checkout, act as merchant of record and contractual seller. Billing questions and disputes should be raised with the seller shown on your receipt. Purchase terms remain subject to mandatory law and do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Paid access may be restricted if a subscription expires or payment fails. Material changes to price or renewal conditions must be disclosed before they apply to a future billing period and follow applicable notice and agreement requirements; they do not retroactively change a completed purchase.

7. Privacy and shared information

The Privacy Policy explains what information the service processes, its use of analytics and session recording, external providers, retention and your choices. Accepting these Terms does not by itself give consent to optional analytics cookies or marketing email.

Other members of your workspace may be able to read its shared content according to their access. If a feature lets you publish or share a report, check what it contains before sharing; recipients may keep copies that the operator cannot recall.

8. Availability, suspension and leaving

The service depends on hosting, AI platforms and other providers. Maintenance, security needs, legal requirements and third-party changes can affect its availability or features. No uninterrupted availability or service level is promised unless agreed in writing. Material changes to purchased service remain subject to the accepted order, applicable law and any required notice or agreement.

Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, abuse, a security risk, non-payment or a legal requirement. Where safe and lawful, the operator will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protection may require immediate action; suspension must be proportionate.

You may stop using Glasa and request account closure. Ask about export of information you need before closure. Closing an account does not remove accrued payment obligations or statutory rights; cancellation and data retention follow the purchase terms and Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service and generated results are provided as available, without a guarantee that every answer, score or recommendation is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep copies of important information and independently check decisions based on AI output. This does not excuse failure to provide paid service as agreed or to exercise legally required care.

For business use, and only to the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunities. Total liability arising from the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the service fees paid or payable by that customer for the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This is an aggregate limit and does not limit payments expressly due under an accepted order.

No exclusion or limit applies to fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. A separately agreed written contract may provide additional commitments. An unenforceable clause is disregarded to that extent; the remaining Terms apply only where lawful.

10. Changes, disputes and contact

These Terms may be updated for changes to the service, security, legal requirements or operator details. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated before they take effect, with any notice or agreement required by law. A change of operator must identify the new party and follow applicable transfer, notice and consent requirements. Updates do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or automatically rewrite an existing paid order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Georgia unless applicable law entitles you to another court. Your rights to contact a competent regulator remain available.

For questions, support, cancellation assistance or a dispute, contact David Lachkepiani at [email protected]. Please include enough information to identify your account or purchase, and do not email passwords or payment-card details.
