Refund Policy
Last updated:
This Policy explains how refund requests for paid Glasa services are handled. Read it together with our Terms of Service and the purchase terms you accepted at checkout or in a written order.
1. Requesting a refund
Contact [email protected] using your account email where possible. Include the purchase date, invoice or transaction reference and, where helpful, a description of the payment issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. A reason is not required when exercising a statutory right that does not require one.
Contact us promptly so we can locate the payment and review it. Any deadlines required by applicable law or expressly agreed purchase terms remain in effect; this Policy does not shorten them.
2. How requests are assessed
We review the payment records, the service supplied, the purchase terms and applicable law. Duplicate or incorrect charges and cases where paid service was not supplied as agreed are assessed for the correction or remedy owed. We may ask for proportionate information needed to verify the transaction and will explain the outcome.
Where a refund is required by law or an accepted purchase commitment, that entitlement applies. Other requests are considered individually and are not automatically approved. There is no general, unconditional money-back guarantee. Simply not using a subscription does not, by itself, create a refund entitlement.
3. Cancellation and renewal
Cancellation and a refund are separate requests. Cancel through the billing controls provided with your purchase or contact [email protected] for assistance. The purchase terms determine when cancellation takes effect and when access ends. Cancelling does not automatically reverse a previous payment; a refund request does not by itself cancel renewal unless you also ask us to cancel.
4. Purchases through another seller
If your receipt identifies another party as the seller or merchant of record, that party's purchase terms and refund process also apply, subject to mandatory law. Use the support details on the receipt, or contact [email protected] for help identifying the relevant seller. Using a payment processor does not remove obligations owed by Glasa for a purchase sold directly by its operator.
5. Processing a refund
An approved or legally required refund is normally returned through the original payment method. An alternative method is used only where permitted by law and expressly agreed. We will confirm the amount and any effect on the refunded service or subscription access.
The time for a payment to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank. Applicable legal refund deadlines remain binding. Contact us if a confirmed refund has not appeared so we can check its status.
6. Your rights and contact
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights, including any applicable withdrawal, cancellation or remedy rights for services that do not conform to the agreement. An individual review is not a condition for exercising a right provided by law. Changes to this Policy do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
